Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 January 2024, which was granted under those regulations to The Methodist Church of New Zealand Te Haahi Weteriana O Aotearoa Otara Tongan Parish – Parish 7520, in respect of Akoteu Tokaima’ananga Sandbrook (46218) situated at 47 R Everitt Road, Otara, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
