Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Harriet Bridgewater, Senior Solicitor, give notice that on 8 December 2024, the Honourable Nicola Willis, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Penny Simmonds, Minister for the Environment, gave approval, under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for the Environmental Protection Agency to borrow from the Crown under a loan agreement.
