Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 24 of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000, I have appointed:

John Carnegie of Wellington; and

Vijay Goel of Auckland

as members of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority for terms commencing on 6 January 2025 and expiring on 5 January 2028.
