Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Educanz Limited have entered into a contract for the establishment of North West Creative Arts College as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Educanz Limited and the school will be located in Huapai, Auckland.

The school will be a composite, co-educational Year 7–13 school. It will open for Year 7–10 in 2025 and will grow a year level each year.

Education will be delivered on site.
