Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and The BUSY School NZ Limited have entered into a contract for the establishment of The BUSY School NZ as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is The BUSY School NZ Limited and the school will be located at 75 Karangahape Road, Auckland Central.

The school will be a co-educational secondary Year 11–13 school. It will open with all year levels.

Education will be delivered on site, with off site training and hands-on work experience.
