Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Te Tuara Trust have entered into a contract for the establishment of TIPENE as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Te Tuara Trust and the school is located at 1832 Great South Road, Bombay, Auckland.

The school will be a secondary, Year 9–13 single sex (boys) school. It will open with Years 9–11 in 2025.

Education will be delivered on site.
