Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Christchurch Education Limited have entered into a contract for the establishment of Christchurch North College as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Christchurch Education Limited and the school will be located at 19 Sheffield Crescent, Burnside, Christchurch.

The school will be a composite, co-educational Year 7–13 school. It will open with Year 7–11 students in 2025. Education will be delivered on site.
