Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Ecole Francaise Internationale Auckland have entered into a contract for the establishment of Ecole Francaise International Auckland as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Ecole Francaise Internationale Auckland and the school will be located at 127 and 131 Remuera Road, Auckland.

The school will be a contributing primary Year 1–6 school. It will open with Year 1–3 in 2025 and grow a year level each year to be Year 1–6 in 2028.

Education will be delivered on site.
