Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 10(2) of the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities Act 2019, the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Housing, as the Responsible Ministers for Kāinga Ora, hereby appoint:

Jenny Elizabeth Bestwick of Queenstown

as the Deputy Chair of the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities Board, for a term commencing on 1 December 2024 and ending on 30 June 2027, and reappoint

John Richard Bridgman of Auckland

as a member of the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities Board, for a one-year term commencing on 1 January 2025 and ending on 31 December 2025.
