Under section 212M of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby notify that the Charter School Agency, acting in the name and on behalf of the Crown, and Mastery Schools New Zealand Limited have entered into a contract for the establishment of Mastery Schools New Zealand – Arapaki as a charter school.

The sponsor of the charter school is Mastery Schools New Zealand Limited and the school will be located at 8 Kennedy Place, Hillsborough, Christchurch.

The school will be a Year 1–8, co-educational primary school. It will open with Years 4–8 for Terms 1 and 2, 2025 and enrol Years 1–3 from Term 3, 2025.

Education will be delivered on site.
