Further to a notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 October 2023, Notice No. 2023-go4661, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Matt Doocey, Associate Minister of Transport, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Transport, give notice that, having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, have varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to:

• remove the restriction on code share services to New Delhi, thus permitting code-sharing with an airline of a third country
• remove capacity restrictions that were incorporated into the airline’s licence in response to COVID-19.

The variations took effect from the date of signature below.
