Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Huiarau (1748) Board (“Board”), as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 October 2023, Notice No. 2023-go4691, and the amendment notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 March 2024, Notice No. 2024-go898).

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
