Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 March 2024, which was granted under those regulations to St Mary’s Early Childhood Education Centre, in respect of St Mary’s Early Childhood Education Centre (60356) situated at 170 Karori Road, Karori, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
