Under sections 200(1)(a), 204 and 205 of the Education and Training Act 2020, I hereby designate Te Kura Taumata o Panguru, as a designated character school, kura-a-iwi with effect from Monday 28 April 2025.

The designated character of the school will be:

Māori immersion education and a hapū based curriculum based on Ngāti Manawa, Te Kai Tutae, Te Waiariki and Ngāti Te Rēinga.

The constitution of the Te Kura Taumata o Panguru Board shall not be changed by this notice.
