2. Proceeding in an Eastern direction to point 167°53.352′E and 46°26.321′S; then
3. Proceeding in a Southern direction to point 167°53.352′E and 46°27.979′S; then
4. Proceeding in a Western direction to point 167°49.786′ E and 46°27.979′S; then
5. Proceeding in a Northern direction to the point of commencement.

For the purposes of the above, the area within the enclosed line that is landward of the mean high-water springs of Rarotoka Island is excluded from the definition of this Aquaculture Settlement Area.

5. Proceeding in a Northwestern direction to the point of commencement.

For the purposes of the above, the area within the enclosed line that is landward of the mean high-water springs of White Island is excluded from the definition of this Aquaculture Settlement Area.
