I give notice that on 9 October 2024, in accordance with section 16 of the Utilities Access Act 2010, I approved amendments to the National Code of Practice for Utility Operators’ Access to Transport Corridors (“Code”) submitted to me by the New Zealand Utilities Advisory Group on 16 May 2024.
