Pursuant to section 9 of the Criminal Cases Review Commission Act 2019 and section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint:

The Honourable Denis Kieran Clifford, retired Judge of the Court of Appeal

as Chief Commissioner of the Criminal Cases Review Commission for a term of five years commencing on 2 December 2024, and reappoint

Professor Tracey Kathleen Dorothy McIntosh, university lecturer of Auckland

as a Commissioner of the Criminal Cases Review Commission for a term of five years commencing on 2 December 2024, and appoint

Suzanne Lee Robertson, Kings Counsel of Auckland, and

Emma Catherine Finlayson-Davis, barrister and solicitor of Auckland

each as a Commissioner of the Criminal Cases Review Commission for a term of five years commencing on 2 December 2024.
