Section 37B of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 November 2019, Notice No. 2019-go5027, of Viaduct Marina, Silo Marina, and Westhaven Marina (located at Breakwater Road, Auckland and operated by Eke Panuku Development Auckland Limited CN: 3089645), as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Viaduct Marina, Silo Marina, and Westhaven Marina is able to receive the following craft:

• Private Recreational Vessels

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects
• Live Animals (cats and dogs only)

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Tower, 34–38 Bowen Street, Wellington.
