Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Titahi Bay North School (3044) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 June 2024, Notice No. 2024-go2897)

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
