Section 37B of the Biosecurity Act 1993

Under section 37B(1)(c) of the Biosecurity Act 1993, I vary the approval, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 December 2005, No. 204, page 5173, of Hawke’s Bay Airport (located at Main North Road, Napier and operated by Hawkes Bay Airport Limited CN: 831120) as a place of first arrival to receive the following craft and cargo types subject to the limitations specified:

Limitations:

Hawkes Bay Airport is able to receive the following craft:

• Commercial, Chartered or Private Aircraft (≤14 Seats)

that are able to discharge the following risk good types:

• Passengers, Crew and their Personal Effects

A copy of the written notice of approval may be inspected or obtained at the Ministry for Primary Industries, Charles Fergusson Building, 38-42 Bowen Street, Wellington.
