Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 December 2019, which was granted under those regulations to Back2Nature Childcare Limited, in respect of Back2Nature – Puawai (46471) situated at 31 Ogle Crescent, Kamo, Whangarei.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
