Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Horsham Downs School (1747) Board, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 August 2023, Notice No. 2023-go3847.

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
