Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for Avon School (2153) Board (”Board”), as published in the  New Zealand Gazette, 17 April 2023, Notice No. 2023-go1553.

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
