Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 March 2022, which was granted under those regulations to Manaia ECE Limited, in respect of Tele Manaia (47775) situated at 9 Tahetoka Lane, Mangere Bridge, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
