Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 26 May 2011, which was granted under those regulations to Canterbury Westland Free Kindergarten Association Inc, in respect of Kidsfirst Kindergartens Lady May (5431) situated at 11 Haynes Avenue, Upper Riccarton, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
