Pursuant to schedule 7 clause 3 of the Public Service Act 2020, the Deputy Public Service Commissioner has appointed

Gráinne Mary Moss

to the position of Secretary for Regulation and Chief Executive, Ministry for Regulation from 18 September 2024 to 16 September 2029, following acceptance by the Governor-General of New Zealand in Council of the Deputy Public Service Commissioner’s recommendation.
