Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 October 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Muddy Toes ELC Limited, in respect of Muddy Toes Early Learning Centre (47716) situated at 42 Glenelg Road, Red Beach, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
