Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 May 2023, which was granted under those regulations to At Home Childcare (2010) Ltd, in respect of A Place to Grow (50106) situated at 32 Church Street, Feilding.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
