Notice That Anti-Dumping Duties on Canned Peaches Import From South Africa May Cease to Apply
Pursuant to section 13A(1)(c) of the Trade (Anti-dumping and Countervailing Duties) Act 1988 (“Act”), anti-dumping duties imposed on canned peaches import from South Africa will cease to apply to those goods on 13 March 2025, unless at that date the goods are subject to review under section 17D of the Act.
Any interested party that might request that the chief executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment start a full review before the cessation date referred to above should be aware that positive evidence justifying the need for a full review must be provided to the chief executive.
