Pursuant to section 12 of the Taumata Arowai–the Water Services Regulator Act 2020 and section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I am pleased to appoint:

Raveen Prakash Jaduram

as the Chair of the Board of Taumata Arowai, for a term of three years commencing 29 August 2024 and ending on 29 August 2027; and

Amanda Cecilia Singleton, and

Dr Frances Anne Hughes

as members of the Board of Taumata Arowai, for terms of three years commencing on 29 August 2024 and ending on 29 August 2027.
