Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:

1. Title and commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Revocation of Resource Management (Approval of Vodafone Mobile New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2024.

(2) This notice shall come into force the day after the date of publication.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority

The approval and notices entitled the Resource Management (Approval of Vodafone Mobile New Zealand Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1994, dated 14 March 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 March 1994, No. 27, page 1175 and the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of BellSouth New Zealand as Requiring Authority) Notice 1994, dated 26 April 2006 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 May 2006, No. 42, page 1113 are hereby revoked.
