Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice:

1. Title and commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Revocation of Resource Management (Approval of South Canterbury Waterways Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2024.

(2) This notice shall come into force the day after the date of publication.

2. Revocation of approval as requiring authority

The approval and notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of South Canterbury Waterways Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1996, dated 9 December 1996 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 December 1996, No. 180, page 4726 is hereby revoked.
