Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 7 November 2023, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that Philip Andrew Sheat be suspended from practice as a barrister or solicitor for six months commencing 4 December 2023.
