Pursuant to section 431 of the Education and Training Act 2020 and section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Education has made the following appointments to the Board of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority:

Kevin Jenkins

as the Chair of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority for a term of three years commencing on 26 July 2024; and

William (Bill) Moran mnzm

as the Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority in place of Pania Gray, for a term of three years commencing on 26 July 2024; and

Andrée Atkinson

as a member for a term of three years commencing on 26 July 2024.

Pursuant to section 36 of the Crown Entities Act 2004:

Bill Moran will replace Roger Moses cnzm, and

Andrée Atkinson will replace Grant Cleland onzm

as members of the Board of the New Zealand Qualifications Authority effective from 26 July 2024.
