Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for St Joseph’s (Grey Lynn) (1493) Board (“Board”), as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 July 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2927.

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
