Under section 181(1) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby dissolve the Totara School (3847) Board and direct the Secretary for Education’s delegate to appoint a commissioner to replace that board.

Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Totara School (3847) Board under section 180 of the Education and Training Act 2020 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 March 2024, Notice No. 2024-go852).
