I, Sebastian Max Klinkum, Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 7 June 2024, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993, by virtue of the removal of ART Finance Limited (formerly Advantage Financial Services Limited) from the Register of Companies on 7 May 2012, with Registered Mortgage No. 7815929.2 registered against a property described in record of title SL200/97.

The Treasury intends to discharge this Mortgage. Any objections should be directed to the Treasury Legal Team by email to: legal@treasury.govt.nz.
