Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for Christchurch East School (3317) Board (“Board”), as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2447.

This notice takes effect on the date of its publication.
