Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(da) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 June 2021, which was granted under those regulations to He Pounamu Ltd, in respect of He Pounamu Early Nurture (47848) situated at Rolling Hills Ranch, 683 Dalefiled Road, RD1, Carterton.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
