Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 3 of the Valuers Act 1948 (“Act”), I have appointed

John Alexander Churton, of Auckland

as a member of the Valuers Registration Board for a term of three years which commenced 4 June 2024; and reappointed

Kenneth Ross Taylor, of Alexandra

as a member of the Valuers Registration Board for a term of three years which commenced 4 June 2024.

The appointment of John Alexander Churton is made on the recommendation of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, pursuant to section 3(2)(b) of the Act.
