Pursuant to section 12(2) of the Pae Ora (Healthy Futures) Act 2022, and section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

Professor Lester Levy

as a member and Chair of the Board of Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora for a 2-year term commencing on 1 June 2024.
