Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004 and section 10(2) of the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities Act 2019, the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Housing, as the Responsible Ministers for Kāinga Ora, hereby appoint

Simon Paul Moutter of Auckland

as a member and as the chair of the Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities Board, for a term commencing on 4 June 2024 and ending on 31 May 2027.
