Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Crawshaw School (2096) Board, (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 January 2022, Notice No. 2022-go40), and amendment notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 January 2023, Notice No. 2023-go316).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
