Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Amendment of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the St Brigids School (Tainui) (3820) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 June 2023, Notice No. 2023-go2859).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
