Pursuant to section 26 of the End of Life Choice Act 2019, the Associate Minister of Health (Pharmac) has reappointed as per their delegated authority

Brenda Close as a health practitioner member

and appointed

Dr Elizabeth Fenton as a medical ethicist member

for two-year terms of office commencing on 8 April 2024 and ending on 7 April 2026.
