Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Ohau School (2933) Board, (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 April 2023, Notice No. 2023-go1196).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
