Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 3 October 2023, which was granted under those regulations to Congregational Christian Church of Samoa-Weymouth Trust Board, in respect of Savali Ole Filemu Aoga Amata (25333) situated at 213 Weymouth Road, Manurewa, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
