Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 20 December 2023, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) and 244 of the Act, that Christopher Bradleigh Persson be suspended from practice as a barrister or solicitor for nine months commencing 20 December 2023.
