Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment hereby gives the following notice.

1. Title and commencement

(1) This notice may be cited as the Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of United Water International Pty Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2024.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of publication.

2. Change of name of requiring authority

The notice entitled Resource Management (Approval of United Water International Pty Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 1997, dated 30 June 1997 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 July 1997, No. 65, page 1693, is hereby amended by replacing the name

“United Water International Pty Limited”

with

“Veolia Water Services (ANZ) Pty Limited”.
