Pursuant to section 98 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, and section 28(1)(a) and clause 1 of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Transport is pleased to appoint

Hon Simon Joseph Bridges

as a member and Chairperson of the New Zealand Transport Agency Board, for a three-year term commencing on 11 March 2024 and expiring on 28 February 2027.
